Common questions about plans and billing
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day trial with full access to the features in that plan. Request access from the contact page and we will set you up, usually the same business day.
What counts as a page crawled?
Each URL fetched during a crawl counts once. A site with 20,000 URLs crawled weekly uses roughly 80,000 to 100,000 page crawls a month. You can set crawl limits per site so you never exceed your allowance unexpectedly.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade at any time and the difference is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans are billed once a year at a discount of roughly 20 percent compared with paying monthly.
What happens if I go over my limits?
We will let you know before you hit a limit. Crawls pause at your allowance rather than generating surprise charges, and you can raise limits or upgrade in a click.
Do agencies pay per client?
No. Agency and Enterprise plans are priced by the number of websites and pages, not by client, and include white-label reporting for every one of them.
